Motor Curator facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and:

• Do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the condition of vehicles
• Are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of vehicles listed
• Do not warrant that buyers or sellers will complete transactions
• Are not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers
• Recommend that all parties conduct due diligence before completing transactions

7. Payment Terms

If you make a purchase or subscription through our platform:

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information
• You agree to promptly update your account and other information to keep it current, complete, and accurate
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion
